Maintenance Supervisor
Clay County HRA is hiring a FT Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment for 391 units of rental housing.
- Organizing & prioritizing maintenance tasks, including unit turns, work orders/repairs and preventative maintenance activities
- Supervising a team of maintenance staff
- Completing basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locksmith
- Available for rotating on call schedule for weekend and evening emergencies.
- Strong communication and technical skills
- 1 year college and minimum 5 years related experience
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license.
Starting salary: $61,550-70,150 per year. Excellent benefit package that includes 100% employer paid single health, dental & life insurance, paid time off and retirement contribution.
Maintenance Person
Like to work independently? The HRA of Clay County seeks a full or part-time responsible, dependable individual to perform duties including general custodial and cleaning office space, rental unit common areas, and vacant units. Other light maintenance duties may be requested. Locations in Ulen, Hawley, Dilworth, and Moorhead.
Ideal candidate will have attention to detail, flexibility, ability to take direction, and ability to work well with diverse populations. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check. Starting wage is $18.06-$20.47 per hour with annual increases; paid mileage; generous PTO; and 12 paid holidays.
